This stunning, thousand square feet home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, and it’s a spectacle to behold. The home was designed by an award-winning architect in 1962. Our favorite features are the marble flooring, two fireplaces, and recessed lighting. In addition, the contrast of white walls against dark brown door accents is unique. Practicality is the core of this home. To maximize space, the living room and backyard are one in the same. The fireplace and built-ins create a luxurious touch.
With a glitzy pendant light and a gourmet kitchen, the dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a large island that also makes it into an eating space. The second floor of the Miami house has a private balcony, spacious bath, and boutique-type closets. The bedroom also has a noticeable mural on one of the walls. Set on a third of an acre, the home and its white, modern exterior is accented by tropical landscaping with an extra-long heated pool and spa. Plus, the property includes a one-car garage. Skylake, the North Miami Beach neighborhood, is close to shopping and dining spots.
