Son of Immigrants
And they did. I saw them work hard. They worked when they were sick, when they were tired, and when they didn’t want to. I excelled in school. They excelled in providing. I saw some of their dreams fade and businesses that they started fail. My parents instilled a drive and a work ethic in me that most people can’t relate to. They led by example, and so do I.
No Gimmicks. Documented Success.
FREE REO & FORECLOSED HOMES LIST
They Aren't Gone And They're Coming Back.
Between 2006-2013 I sold thousands of REOs aka Foreclosure homes for the banks. There will always be foreclosures. Some economic cycles will be more extreme than others. The primary reason to consider purchasing a foreclosure is the potential for a great deal. I’ll give access to my most current list of foreclosed homes in Southern California for FREE.

The City of La Cañada
Located in the Crescenta Valley and the far western end of the San Gabriel Valley. La Cañada has gained a high-profile image throughout Southern California due to its broad economic base, noted cultural, scientific, and educational institutions, great weather, stellar school district, and shopping and dining establishments that attract customers from the region. This along with La Cañada’s many fine examples of architecture, and wealthy neighborhoods, provide La Cañada with a prominence enjoyed by few cities in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Many associate La Cañada with the Descanso Gardens and NASA‘s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The city is situated in the Crescenta Valley and far western end of the San Gabriel Valley. It is nestled between the San Gabriel Mountains and Angeles National Forest on the north, and in the San Rafael Hills on the south.
La Cañada is revered for its historical architecture which the La Canada Town Center which opened on Aug 21, 2008. La Cañada has 8 miles of streets and about 20,246 people currently residing in the area. The $60 million shopping center development at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Angeles Crest Highway includes several retailers and eateries. La Cañada History
Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, the City of La Cañada Flintridge is a unique and beautiful place to live, work and play. Incorporated since November 30, 1976, the City is a “contract city.” It has a small full-time staff and contracts for many of the services provided to its citizens. The City Council, Commissions, Committees, and staff strives to be responsive and provide the highest level of service to residents. All City staff is housed in City Hall and organized into four departments: Administration, Community Development, Finance, and Public Works.
Very few people lived in Southern California at that time. Transportation from the east was slow and difficult. It took months to come by ship or to ride across the continent in a covered wagon. When the railroad finally came to Los Angeles, many newcomers looking for low priced land and a healthy climate arrived. Many of them were Civil War veterans and their families, many of whom had serious lung diseases. The Government sold inexpensive homesteads to settlers who would build a house and live there a few years.
Reference to the entire city is often shortened to just “La Cañada” or seldom to just “Flintridge”. The full city name specifically does not have a hyphen in it, to illustrate unity between the two communities that became one.
In a 2015 issue of Forbes, La Cañada Flintridge ranked as the 121st most expensive U.S. city.
